Zoom Telephonics and Hayes, a division of Zoom, have been committed to producing high quality advanced communications products for over 20 years. Products include award winning Analog Modems, 802.11 DSSS Wireless LAN's, DSL and Cable modems and Small Office Networking devices.

Zoom was established in 1977 and has over 300 employees. We market a broad range of products under the Hayes brand names. In Q2 of 1999, Zoom acquired most of the modem assets of Hayes Corporation including International product rights on Hayes brands and products. In addition Zoom acquired a significant, ongoing operation headquartered in the U.K and has a strong international presence though it's worldwide distribution partners in over 50 countries.
