The TTC-306/701 TT&C Transponder Unit is designed specifically for use in satellite tracking/telemetry/command data systems operating within the NASA Spaceflight Tracking and Data Network (STDN). The unit consists of an S-Band Receiver, a Command Demodulator and a Transmitter/Modulator. All necessary power conditioning and telemetry interface circuitry is incorporated. Turnaround ranging is provided in the coherent mode of operation.
