The ThermoJet solid object printer is an exciting new product offered by 3D Systems. Its superior ease of use technology is used to build concept models and designs. This printer can produce models that can be used to effectively communicate complex designs to project teams, other departments, customers, partners and vendors.

Solid object printing is an inkjet printing technology that sprays layers of tiny droplets of wax-like material onto a platform surface to create models. The piezo-electric printhead is capable of delivering over three times as much material as the last generation of multi-jet modeler technology, making the ThermoJet Solid Object Printer three times faster when printing a full platform of models. ThermoJet resolution is 400 dpi in the X axis and 300 dpi in the Y axis. This level of resolution provides extremely detailed objects.

Materials
TJ 88 material is also more durable than previous model material.
