The Security and Audit Module

Flight Trak, Inc.ecurity and Audit Module allows users to protect sensitive data from computer hackers and unauthorized employees. FT Scheduler gives you complete control over both security and audit options.

Users determine whether another user can view, add and modify, and/or delete information in each screen and which reports they can print. Security levels can be increased or decreased at any time. You can control access screen by screen and user by user. You may restrict access to individual reports to protect departmental and management statistics from being printed.

Based on your department's security requirements, you may wish to set up a group of users with the same rights and password, while setting up other users with individual logons and passwords. For the strictest security and auditing, provide each user with a separate logon code and password. You can mix and match these security levels within FT Scheduler.

Audit tracking is just as flexible. Users can audit groups of people or individuals. Users can even audit additions, changes and deletions by individual program. For the tightest auditing, enable the embedded audit tracking for all screens and all users. Also, it is possible to record which reports were printed when, and by whom. Increase or decrease the audit level at any time, to suit department's needs.

The Configuration screen provides additional security. The expiration date is set for user passwords, activate the auto-logon feature and control the number of attempted logins.
