The Fuel Cell Adds Pratt & Whitney PW4000 Main Engine Fuel Pump Capability

Fort Lauderdale, FL - The Fuel Cell, a leading provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul of jet aircraft fuel components, announced that it has added the Pratt & Whitney PW4000 main engine fuel pump to its list of capabilities. The company invested in new test equipment specifically designed to maintain the PW4000 engine fuel components and currently has a number of fuel pumps undergoing overhaul.

The Fuel Cell's President, Mark Story said, "As an MRO serving the worldwide aviation community, we respond to individual customer and overall market needs." He added, "as a result, we are currently developing additional capabilities including fuel components for the GE CF6-80 and the International Aero Engines V2500."

The Fuel Cell provides fuel component maintenance, repair and overhaul services to many of the world's major airlines and offers expansive capabilities for Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce and GE engine fuel components.
