Flight Trak, Inc.rewing module augments the crew records and affixes the Crewing Menu to the FT Scheduler Main Menu. Currency and event tracking are added to FT Scheduler's crew record screen. Users can now set up their own crew-related codes, including FAR currency standards, company standards, non-flight duty codes and flight duty standards.

The additional Crewing Menu contains a 42-day monthly, a weekly and a daily Crew Calendar. The crew schedules can be viewed for a single crew member, all pilots, or all crew members. These calendars show flight and non-flight duties and calendar messages.

The Assign Crew screen is the same as the crewing screen within the basic system's Trip Create program. The Crew Duty Schedule can be used to enter and track crewmember non-flight duty assignments. This screen also displays flights and RONs.

The Extra Flight Activity screen updates crewmembers' flight times, takeoffs, landings, instrument time, precision and non-precision approaches for aircraft not assigned to your fleet. Also, userscan use this screen to enter flight totals and currency status for new hires.

Reports for the crewing module include the Crew Flight Log and the Crew Duty Record Report. These reports can be printed for an individual pilot, a selected list of pilots or for all pilots, for the entered dates.
