Slide Gate Operators

- Slide Gate Operators: This series of industrial grade operators is "loaded" with standard features. This machine handles gates weighing up to 1,000 pounds in the standard version and to 8,000 pounds with added options. A by-pass valve, two drive wheels, three-button station, sealed electrical panes, snap-in limit switches and the ability to handle all performance options, are standard. Hydraulic hoses are fitted with "quick disconnects" for ease in maintenance and service. Standard speed is one foot per second and draw bar pull is 300 pounds. This series is U.L. listed.

-Modular Slide Gate Operators: This series is modular in design. The drive mechanism is contained in one unit and the controls are installed in another. The power unit may be remotely located from the gate opening. The drive unit can be located on the ground or overhead, near the top of the gate panel. The abilities and performance of the 333 are the same as the 222 above.

- Heavy Duty Slide Gate Operators: Powerful four wheel drive operator, one ft/second, 1200 pounds of draw-bar pull, used for gates of extreme weight and dimension. Please contact the factory or your distributor for planning assistance.

- Correctional Facilities Slide Gate Operators: This operator series includes additional features for correctional facilities. These features include a heavy gauge lockable cover, an extra relay to read gate position, a delay timer to allow external locks to disengage, a long range interface to accomodate long control wiring runs, and external interlock capability for sally port configurations. Also available with optional internal, solenoid actuated deadbolt lock for additional security.
