Close clearance assemblies are no problem for the GEMCOR G100BH portable Drivmatic fastening system. Designed for fuselage shear clip to frame fastening, the G100 drills and rivets with unrestricted front head clearance.
The G100 is designed to install conventional flush and protruding head fasteners as well as lockbolt two piece swage type fasteners. Operational in any attitude, including upside down, the G100 provides freedom of orientation through use of a remote power package and positive fastener feed system.
Versatile, adaptable, and highly portable, the G100BH is available in a multitude of mounting configurations to interface with overhead counterbalances, articulating arm balances, heavy duty robots, custom built manipulators, and portable carts.
