Miniature Inertial Measurement Unit

The Miniature Inertial Measurement Unit (MIMU) is a small, lightweight measurement system for commercial and military satellite and launch vehicle programs. Within the MIMU is a series of RLGs that measures changes in angular rotation; the accelerometers measure changes in linear acceleration. These measurements are converted to compensated system-reference angular attitude velocity by the internal digital signal processor. It also features analysis capability and extensive test experience.
