Infra-red Systems

Reliant produces a wide range of infra-red pre-heaters. These units allow materials or adhesives to be pre-heated before they enter the main heating tunnel. They are also used as peripheral adhesive laminating systems in their own right, either in conjunction with a Powerline laminating system or as a stand-alone laminating production line. Infra-red systems used for pre heating can significantly increase production speeds. Relaint infra-red units are supplied with height and tilt adjustment and variety of control options are available.
