These thick film chip resistors are available in sizes 0302 (0.03" x 0.02) to 6227 (0.62" x 0.27") and ohmic values from 1ohm to 1Teraohm with tolerances to ±1%. IMS offers these chip resistors with either a standard Alumina or high power Aluminum Nitride substrates. These resistors are an ideal replacement for other discontinued lead content chips.
