iBASEt is a leading provider of integrated, paperless solutions for complex processes. Our flagship product is Solumina®, a Windows-based client/server software solution for the discrete, complex manufacturing environment. This paperless Manufacturing Execution Solution (MES) automates manufacturing planning and execution, while enabling reengineering and business process enhancement. iBASEt provides turnkey solutions by combining Solumina with leading edge information technology (IT) consulting, development, training, management, and deployment services. Solumina is targeted at customers in the Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Equipment, Medical Equipment/Device and Electronics vertical markets. Solumina customers consist of industry leaders like The Boeing Company, Motorola, TRW, BWX Technologies, Lucas and Allied Signal.

iBASEt was founded in 1986, by Mr. Amrik Singh Poonian, as a telecommunications consulting company called Telecom Solutions, Inc. (TSI). TSI's focus changed in the early-90's upon award of a contract by McDonnell Douglas to provide image-based work instructions to shop-floor mechanics building the C-17 aircraft. The Company built upon these core areas of expertise and expanded its product portfolio to provide leading-edge IT services for commercial and government customers. iBASEt currently has two divisions: the Solumina® Division, which develops, markets and supports Solumina®; and the TSI Division, which provides IT and technical support services to Federal government customers.

iBASEt's TSI Division is an industry leader in systems design, development, support, training and documentation including secure e-commerce implementations and transaction management over the world wide web. TSI also provides business process reengineering, site transition planning, data/software conversion, interface development, network installation and support and configuration management. This division is engaged in both DOD and private industry contracts with government customers like NAWC Indian Head, NAWC Carderock, SPAWAR, NAVAIR, NAVAIRESFORCE, Los Angles AFB, McDill AFB (CENTCOM) and EAFB.

The Company has received numerous awards including the prestigious Boeing "Silver Eagle" award for outstanding support, Vice President Al Gore's Hammer Award and the Pacific Fleet Outstanding Service Award in 1999. iBASEt's R&D group was awarded the American Electronics Association (AEA) innovation award for Solumina® in 1998. In addition, the first Solumina® customer, Boeing Airlift and Tanker Programs, Long Beach, Calif., received the 1998 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for manufacturing. iBASEt has also been named on the Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 and Fast 500 list for each of the last five years and has been on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies in the U.S. for the last four years.

iBASEt's headquarters are located at Lake Forest, California. The Company is a pioneer in the area of paperless MES and its Solumina® software solution is a recognized industry leader.
