TECHNICAL SERVICES:

The objective of our Technical Services Division (TSD), located in Dallas, Texas, is to support your business with technical innovation. Our primary products and services include development of aircraft maintenance and operation manuals, illustrated parts catalogs and technical training programs, including On-Site and Computer Based Training (CBT). Our training courses are suited to the varying needs of our customers emphasizing realistic, hands on repair projects using the latest Hot Bonding Technology and offering our students an unparalleled level of expertise found nowhere else in the industry.

Other technical services available through the TSD include the design and installation of turnkey composite repair facilities for airlines and repair stations, curriculum development, interactive electronic technical manuals and composite repair consultation.

Our Equipment offers superior capabilities and features while continuing to be the easiest to operate, making them the Hot Bonder of choice for major airlines, repair stations and the militaries of the world.

We were the first to offer our customers a composite repair solution utilizing microprocessor-based technology. Our commitment to excellence is designed to serve one specific customer directed purpose . . . faster, smaller, lighter and still simple to use! These needs are being met with our popular line of composite repair equipment, led by the single zone HCS9000B, weighing a mere 15 pounds, and the dual zone HCS9200B. This equipment allows the technician to store programs into memory, then monitor and record the repair process while providing a permanent record for SRM compliance.

ACCESSORIES:
Accessories are integral to the composite repair process. We provide a variety of accessories such as heat blankets, thermocouples, hot air machines, vacuum accessories, tool kits and much more.

Through developing and manufacturing our own brand of heat blankets we are able to assure our customers a quality product. We also provide type "J" thermocouples, designed to special tolerances and providing accurate readings every time. Our lightweight, portable hot air machine can be used for odd-shaped repairs, and our composite repair tool kit provides high quality hand tools needed for composite repairs. All of these items enhance repair station productivity and can lead to quick turn around for AOG needs.

MATERIAL:
Our customer centered Materials approach provides our customers with the very best quality materials quickly, affordably and in the quantities they require . . . by the yard or by the roll.

All of our prepreg repair materials; including fiberglass, carbon graphite and Kevlar®, meet manufacturer specifications and are shipped overnight express, packed with dry ice, a temperature recorder, the appropriate certifications and other necessary documents. We also offer resins, paste adhesives, film adhesives, bagging films, breather cloths, release films, sealant tape and a variety of other materials to meet your repair needs.
