GA Telesis signs a definitive purchase agreement to acquire 23 Airbus A320ceo and A321ceo aircraft from Spirit Airlines

Fort Lauderdale, FL /PRNewswire/ - GA Telesis , LLC (“GA Telesis”), a global leader in aerospace and commercial aviation solutions, today announced that it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement and obtained the necessary corporate approvals to acquire 23 pre-owned Airbus A320ceo and A321ceo aircraft from Spirit Airlines, Inc. The aircraft, powered by Select-One™ V2527-A5 and V2533-A5 jet engines, were manufactured between 2014 and 2019, marking the company’s largest acquisition of like-aged, off-lease aircraft.

This strategic acquisition significantly strengthens GA Telesis ’ fleet and enhances its ability to meet the growing global demand for narrow-body aircraft. The company will market these aircraft to its broad global customer base for continued commercial operations.
