Digital Attenuator

The MIC-A92S digital attenuator offers high-speed switching at 30 MHz or 60 MHz. Featuring a high speed of 50 nsec at IF frequencies, the attenuator is suited for radar applications that benefit from high-speed switching techniques at IF frequencies. It features a phase variation of +/-0.7° over most of the attenuation range, which is 0 to 96 dB in 0.375 dB steps. Insertion loss is 9 dB maximum and accuracy is +/-0.15 dB, or 1% of value, whichever is greater. RF-power non-destruct is +20 dBm min. and the VSWR is 1.40:1 max. Impedance is 50 Ohms nominal. The attenuator is TTL-compatible and monotonic. The unit is 2 x 2 x 8 in., plus SMA connectors and an ISPIN logic connector.
