The system allows for customization of switch panel menus, overlays and graphics by utilizing configurable software and modular switch designs. Programming is a matter of plugging in a laptop computer, and programming information is stored in non-volatile memory inside the unit.
The system incorporations several types of passenger controls which all use the same connector and are pinned identically.
