The company has a substantial history, and has been a vendor to airframe manufacturers including Douglas, Boeing, Republic and North American. Major programs we have participated in have included: B-25, AT-6, Catalina, Constellation, Lodestar, F-86. In addition we have provided aftermarket support for the civil and general aviation com- munities, manufacturing cable assemblies for virtually everything that flies, from DC-3 to 747.
We are currently an approved source for several of the major aerospace contractors and also many of the smaller subcontractors. Some of our current programs are: (C)F/A-18, Ejection systems, High Altitude suits, Vertical Launch System.
Our policy for regular customers is to offer pricing based on annual volume, and a JIT delivery schedule. We maintain a very broad inventory of terminations, hardware and wire rope so that we can manufacture, on demand, virtually any cable assembly. Same or next day service is provided in cases of demonstrable need. We can also provide one hour response for AOG requirements. Custom designs to suit application and requirements. We place great emphasis on requests for engineering prototypes, and frequently can ship within one week.
We have one QA and inspection system, for all our products, con-forming to the requirements of MIL-I-45208. All products are shipped with a certificate of conformance: to all applicable related documents as required: MIL-C-5688, MIL-S-5002, MIL-T-781, MIL-T-6117C, MIL-W-83420D, BAC 5002 (Boeing), P.S. 14002 (McDonnell), STP 52-600H (Lockheed). The QA Manual is available for review to re-sponsible parties on a need to know basis.
FACILITIES: 3,800 sqr. feet. Six rotary and non-rotary swaging machines. Five hydraulic presses. Basic machine shop. Proof testing equipment. Specialized machinery for proprietary products. CADD eng.
