B/E Aerospace unveils LED reading light
B/E Aerospace, Inc. (Wellington, FL) says it has built a better mouse trap - in this case a longer-lasting reading light designed for business jets and commercial passenger jets.

The company says temperature-compensation circuitry increases lamp longevity while generating a high quality white light. And by using light-emitting diode (LEDs), the new light consumes only 50% of the power and lasting 10 to 12 times longer than traditional incandescent lights.

The light is available in a variety of custom finishes and can be mounted in the same footprint as the traditional incandescent or halogen reading lamp.
