Barber-Colman Aerospace manufactures a wide variety of aircraft control equipment. The five primary product lines include pneumatic valves, electromechanical actuators, electronic control systems, temperature sensors, and magnetic bearing air cycle cooling turbines. Barber-Colman Aerospace also produces precision, aircraft-quality ac and dc motors, dc tachometer generators, and ultra-sensitive relays.

Today Barber-Colman Aerospace designs and manufactures for the aircraft industry electro mechanical linear and rotary actuators, pneumatic valves, cabin and compartment automatic temperature control systems, windshield and window defogging and de-icing control systems, pneumatic overheat detection systems, remote positioning systems, as well as windshield temperature sensors, cabin, duct, and outside air temperature sensors, and aircraft-quality AC and DC motors.

Barber-Colman control equipment is used by nearly every major aircraft manufacturer, including Boeing, Boeing (McDonnell), Boeing (Douglas), Airbus Industrie, Dassault, Jetstream (British Aerospace), Northrop Grumman, Raytheon (Beech), Cessna, Fairchild, Saab Scania, Bell Helicopter, Boeing Helicopter, Sikorsky, Agusta, Piper, Gulfstream Aerospace; Bombardier (Canadair & DeHavilland); and aircraft engine/engine related manufacturers such as General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, and BF Goodrich Aerospace (Rohr Inc.).
