ATR Enclosure

MATRIX Corporations a rugged solution for military applications where light weight and high performance are critical. This convection-cooled enclosure has a seven-slot VME64x monolithic backplane with five-row DIN connectors and J0 and up to a 300 W power supply. A wire-tap backplane is available for development and can be converted for field deployment. The enclosure incorporates flowthrough cooling with more than 70 CFM of airflow. Constructed of lightweight machined aluminum alloy with EMI gasketing in all joints, the unit is designed to provide EMI/RFI shielding for emitted and conducted radiation. Boards are top-loaded and the removable top, bottom, front and rear covers allow access for cable routing and system integration. All removable covers include fasteners with a self-locking feature.
