Aircraft Wiring

The High-Strength Toughened Fluoropolymer (HSTF) insulated wire features properties critical to both electrical performance and safety in airplane applications
The High-Strength Toughened Fluoropolymer (HSTF) insulated wire features properties critical to both electrical performance and safety-in-airplane applications. It does not exhibit the creep and cut-through properties associated with PTFE insulation, nor does it form an electrically conductive carbon char when subjected to an arc. The wire can be used in all parts of the aircraft, from fuel probe cables to general-purpose hook-up wires, due to the wide temperature performance (260°C) and chemical inertness of the material.
