Sun Electric Systems B.V.95 Series of Sun Hydraulics Testers are capable of simultaneously testing two aircraft hydraulics systems to a total required capacity of 60 liters per minute at 210 bar (16gpm/3000 psi). The 94/95 range of testers includes the manually controlled AHT 94B (E-driven), AHT 95A (D-driven) and computerized versions AHT 94C and AHT 95C. Provide a source of hydraulic power to operate the aircraft hydraulics systems and controls
Test the aircraft hydraulics systems for function checks, evidence of malfunctions, flow and pressure checks, or leakage
Filter (NAS Class 4 or better), de-aerate and dehydrate aircraft hydraulic fluid
Drain, flush and refill the hydraulics systems
The AHTs are equipped with a dual-outlet, dual-inlet single pump system, and the patented Sun Aircraft Reservoir Level Control system. This system controls the volume of hydraulic fluid inside the aircraft systems while running the test.
