Aero Hardware & Parts Company, Inc. was founded in 1963, by Al Maiolo. Our company began with five employees and one facility in New Rochelle, New York. Today, we are one of the leading distributors in the world of spare parts, AN, MS, NAS and Boeing hardware, as well as sealants, coatings, paints and hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals.

As a worldwide supplier of hardware and chemicals for commercial and military aircraft, Aero Hardware recognizes the need to be extremely quality conscious in every aspect of our operation. For many years we maintained an excellent quality and delivery record under MIL-I-45208.

In 1996, in order to ensure that our quality practices conformed to recognized industry standards, we embarked on an effort to become certified to the ISO 9002 quality standard. We were ISO certified in February of 1997 and since then we have passed each biannual audit by SGS International Certification Services, Inc. (a leading independent registrar). In the most recent SGS audit, we were found to be compliant with the quality requirements of AS9000 and FAA Advisory Circular AC-00-56 as well.
