Maintenance Director software gives users control to track all types of parts and components, offering access to a complete history and location for each part that is tracked. The software tracks specific information on parts including: current location (aircraft, engine, inventory); P/N, S/N, ATA, current total time, time-since overhaul, life limits, overhaul limits; stores and tracks hours, cycles, landings and calendar totals.

The software's schedule feature allows users to create schedules for things such as window washing to paint detailing, plus use a subscription to ATP Maintenance Schedules for hundreds of events. Users can import from ATP Maintenance Schedules CD specific schedules for many aircraft which include listing of ADs, SBs, phase and out-of-phase inspections/checks, and life-limited components.
