Exotherm Corporation was founded in 1991. The company is known as a developer and manufacturer of advanced powder materials and coatings for R&D purposes and crosscutting industrial applications. We manufacture thermal spray powders.

• All our technologies for producing the powder materials are based on the modification of Self-Propagating, High-Temperature Synthesis (SHS).
  
• The unique ExoCoat™ technology provides the possibility of producing various coatings (3-150 mkm) of the different substrates.
  
• Our special technique gives us the ability to produce encapsulated powders.

• RESEARCH of heterogeneous exothermical processes in solids, liquids and gases for the creation of new materials and coatings.

Exotherm Corporation manufactures small batches of custom-made advanced materials, such as alloys, metal matrix composites (MMC's) and ceramic matrix composites (CMC's), with desired material composition, structure, and properties.

Exotherm products are used in wide variety applications including wear and corrosion resistance materials, refractory and abrasives.
