ProfitKey offers a variety of consulting and training services to help assure a quick, successful implementation of the RRM Client/Server software system.

Quick Start Implementation & Trainning Program

Assures a complete and successful RRM C/S implementation in 90 - 120 days. Program components include a proven five step implementation process, our unlimited education program, and on-line help and tutorials. Consulting and training resources provide the necessary education and assist customers through the implementation process. Customers receive faster return on investment and lower implementation costs. Unlimited Continuing Education Program provides all users of the RRM C/S system with unlimited classroom education at no charge on a space-available basis for a period of two (2) years from date of system purchase. ProfitKey's goal is to insure that all users have the essential education to effectively use the software.

Help Desk

ProfitKey provides application experts to resolve problems and difficulties associated with the use of RRM C/S. The customer support group is available via phone, has extensive RRM product expertise and is committed to excellent on-going support. Customer access to a problem resolution status, via internet, is available 24 hours a day. Custom programming and customer specific enhancements are also provided. User Group - ProfitKey proudly supports both the International User Group and 25 Local User Group programs. These customer organizations provide new product guidance and new uses and techniques. They are an integral part of the ProfitKey/Customer partnership.
