MTS Brings Prominent Aerospace Scientists Together For Meeting On Future Of Structural And Material Testing

Held at the prestigious National Center for Aviation Training (NCAT), the two-day event provided a forum for attendees to learn about the latest techniques and technologies for aerospace structural and materials testing, as well as exchange ideas with industry peers. Attendees also had the opportunity to share their knowledge with the engineers that influence the development of MTS hardware and software, and to take a tour of the extensive structural and materials research facilities of the National Institute for Aviation Research (NIAR) at Wichita State University.

The 2015 event, which included presentations from both industry-leading manufacturers and MTS testing experts, took place early in September and attracted aerospace engineering professionals from Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Russia, Turkey and the USA.
