In assemblies, the system supports a continuous flow process that includes induction, strip, inspect, in-house repair, kit, built, test and ship. Components maintenance benefits from the flexibility of common files, which are integrated in a streamlined process designed for handling high-volumes of end units. Throughout the repair cycle, the system tracks inspections results, material used and labor consumed. The resulting data is invoice generation, on and off logs and FAA airworthiness documentation.

Using the Oracle Developer/2000 tool set, the system automates all areas of the enterprise, including MRO activities, product design, inventory control, procurement, quality control, manufacturing and finance.
