Fuel Transfer Insert With Quick Connect Coupling

Gas-Transit Sales is pleased to offer the Fuel Transfer Insert (FTI) as an after market accessory within the Gas-Transit family of products.

When fuel is required and manual transfer from a gas can to a reservoir is either dangerous, technically challenging, or simply inconvenient, the FTI enables user to access fresh fuel quickly, and safely. The aluminum insert threads into the main opening of the GasTransit fuel tank, features include:

18 inch fuel pick up line with built in gas filter: Standard 3/16 inch dia. hose, optional 1/4 dia. hose. O ring seal between the insert and tank. Industrial standard quick connect fittings. Vapor seal is maintained while cap is closed. Integrity of UN compliance is not compromised. Converts gas can into fully integrated fuel tank.

The FTI was developed specifically for use with the Gas-Transit tank, suggested uses include:

Connection to aground based generator. Connection to an auxiliary power generator: Outboard motor connection. Inboard motor connection. Diesel motor connection. Pumping from the Gas-Transit tank to main fuel tank.
